Refund policy
Digital Product Returns & Exchanges
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the immediate and irrevocable access to digital content, Divine Vision Group LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital purchases.
Apparel Returns & Exchanges
Because our t-shirts are printed to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Chart before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as a misprint, fabric tear, or the wrong design), we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
- Timeframe: You must contact us at contact@divinevisiongrp.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Evidence Required: Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order is "In Production," we are unable to stop the process or issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For packages lost in transit (no delivery update), claims must be submitted to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Oders fulfilled by Tapstitch are subject to their specific return policy.
Divine Vision Group LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
